Event Set-Up

Setting up chairs and tables per direction and floor plans provided.Table set up to include linens, napkins, chargers, water glasses.Setting out decor for current day event.Ensuring any in-house rentals such as tables and chairs are clean, in good condition and not in need of repair for each event.Assisting in clearing the exterior of the building of debris, trash, etc.Event Breakdown

Greet guests and provide excellent customer service throughout the event.Monitor event activities to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.Support event organizers with various tasks as neededHandle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptlyCollaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth event operations.Maintaining the premises during event as well as after event cleanup.Breakdown table settings to include tables, chairs, linens, chargers, water glasses and do an inventory.Bussing tables, washing dishes.Emptying trash cans and replacing liners.Restocking bathrooms with toilet paper/paper towels.Ceremony chair breakdown.The Larimore is one of St Louis' busiest and most sought-after wedding venues.

Larimore wedding venue is looking for someone to do event setup & breakdown for wedding days. This is a physically demanding role, requiring heavy lifting. The job duties consist of:

This is a part-time job. This person would come in on a wedding day either early for set-up around 7-8am. It typically takes 3-4 hours to do the full set up. Or around 6pm to help monitor the event and do the breakdown which is usually 5-6 hours. This role is perfect for a college student looking to pick up a little extra work, or someone looking for extra work on the weekends.
