Part-Time • Event-Based • Works Directly with CEO This is an on-call, event-based position — perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the event and hospitality industry while working directly with the CEO. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with setup, breakdown, and loading for events • Support bartenders and mixologists on-site • Assist the CEO with real-time tasks and logistics during events • Ensure all bar tools, supplies, and presentation are polished and ready • Interact professionally with guests and venue staff when needed Requirements: • Must be reliable, punctual, and professional • Comfortable moving, lifting, and being on your feet • Reliable transportation to and from event sites • Ability to travel locally (events take place throughout Atlanta and surrounding areas) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Flexibility to be “on call” for event bookings To apply: Send your resume or a short summary with “Event Assistant” in the subject line.
