The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about the event world, is quick-thinking, deals well in high-stress situations, and has experienced in team leading. Follow a gameplan to ensure that each event is completed efficiently and fulfills the wishes of the client. Communicate clearly with your team lead and fellow crew members to troubleshoot any issues quickly and efficiently . Experience in customer service and time management.
