About the position Responsibilities • Assist with decorating hotel rooms and event venues for luxury events , • Help set up beautiful balloon displays, floral arrangements, table settings, and other luxury decor , • Collaborate with the lead event planner to ensure all decor meets our high standards of elegance and sophistication , • Work efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure timely event setups Requirements • Strong attention to detail and creativity , • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment , • Punctuality and professionalism , • Ability to lift and carry decor items , • Travel to various hotel locations across Manhattan Nice-to-haves • Experience with event decor or design is a plus Benefits • Competitive pay based on experience and project size , • Training provided for all new hires
