Event Department Intern

Candidate should be looking for a career in the Event Industry after graduation and have some hands on experience in events and hospitality. Our seasonal events intern will gain hands on experience in the complete event cycle from inquiry, planning and execution. Types of Events will include: Public Zoo Events (Harvest Festival, Sounds of Africa, Christmas in July, Jack O Lantern Journey, Winter Wonderland, Private Social Events (Baby and Bridal Showers, Anniversaries, Bereavements, Birthdays, Rehearsal Dinners, Weddings), Private Corporate Events (Meetings, Outings and Conferences), Pick Up Catering, Coffee Bar Concessions, Offsite Coffee Bars, Offsite Event Staffing, and more.
