Event Design

We’re seeking a part-time Event Designer who brings hands-on experience in event styling, floral design, and visual presentation. This role is ideal for someone who has already worked in event design or a related creative field and can showcase their skills through a portfolio of past work. You should be comfortable collaborating directly with chefs and our design team, with a working knowledge of culinary terms and presentation standards. Required: • Portfolio of event design, floral design, or staging work (applications without portfolios will not be considered) • Practical experience in event styling or a related creative field • Knowledge of floral design techniques and materials • Familiarity with culinary terms and food presentation standards • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • Ability to obtain (or already hold) a Texas Food Handler’s Certification • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred: • Experience in luxury events, boutique hospitality, or catering environments • Background in interior design, set design, or visual merchandising • Graphic design skills for mockups and planning (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
