We’re seeking a creative, detail-driven Event Designer to lead the design direction, planning, and execution of events from initial concept through final production. Lead the creative design, planning, and execution of approximately 15 events annuallyServe as the primary client contact, managing communication from concept development through event dayDevelop professional proposals, design decks, diagrams, and presentation materials aligned with brand standardsManage event budgets and pricing to achieve established revenue and margin goalsCoordinate with internal production teams and external vendors to ensure seamless logistics and executionOversee onsite event execution, maintaining design integrity, client satisfaction, and brand standardsSupervise onsite staff and vendor teams, providing clear leadership and directionMaintain accurate documentation and follow company SOPs, timelines, and deliverablesResearch and incorporate current design trends to enhance event creativity and brand positioning If you love blending creativity with precision and bringing beautifully designed events to life, we’d love to meet you!
