We’re seeking a creative, detail-driven Event Designer to lead the design direction, planning, and execution of events from initial concept through final production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both the artistic and logistical sides of events by balancing design vision, client relationships, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities Include

Lead the creative design, planning, and execution of approximately 15 events annuallyServe as the primary client contact, managing communication from concept development through event dayDevelop professional proposals, design decks, diagrams, and presentation materials aligned with brand standardsManage event budgets and pricing to achieve established revenue and margin goalsCoordinate with internal production teams and external vendors to ensure seamless logistics and executionOversee onsite event execution, maintaining design integrity, client satisfaction, and brand standardsSupervise onsite staff and vendor teams, providing clear leadership and directionMaintain accurate documentation and follow company SOPs, timelines, and deliverablesResearch and incorporate current design trends to enhance event creativity and brand positioning

Who You Are

Experienced in event design, planning, or production, ideally in weddings, social, or design-forward eventsStrong creative eye with the ability to translate vision into functional event environmentsConfident leading clients, presentations, and vendor relationshipsOrganized and comfortable managing multiple event timelines simultaneouslyFinancially aware, with experience managing budgets and marginsA collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and working as part of a creative teamThrives in fast-paced environments and remains calm under event day pressure
