We are seeking an Event Designer - Coordinator to bring innovative visions to life and ensure seamless execution of a wide range of events. We are looking for flexible, detail-oriented On-Call Event Florists to join us for upcoming events, orders, and creative gigs. Based out of the Woodinville, Washington State 98072 location.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop compelling event concepts aligned with brand goals and client visions.Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.Coordinate with vendors, venues, caterers, and suppliers to secure services, negotiate contracts, and uphold service excellence.Utilize event management software and CRM systems to plan, track, and communicate project milestones effectively.Oversee all logistical arrangements including venue setup, décor design, audiovisual requirements, and guest accommodations.Lead team members in executing event plans smoothly, providing clear communication and leadership throughout the process.Implement marketing strategies for events through various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally before, during, and after events.Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback for continuous improvement and future planning.Qualifications

Proven experience in event planning, management, or hospitality industry roles with a strong portfolio of successful events.Proficiency in Google workspace , Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as popular event management software platforms.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage budgets effectively while upselling additional services or enhancements.Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team coordination, and vendor negotiations.Demonstrated project management capabilities with exceptional organizational skills and time management.Knowledge of event marketing strategies to promote events successfully across various channels.Experience in banquet operations, catering coordination, or fundraising events is highly desirable.Ability to lead teams confidently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.Technical proficiency in audiovisual equipment setup and troubleshooting is a plus.Familiarity with CRM systems for client relationship management is advantageous.Join us as an Event Designer - Coordinator where your creativity meets strategic execution! - What You’ll Be Doing (A Day in the Life) -

* Bring Designs to Life: Process, trim, and care for fresh-cut flowers to keep them thriving and beautiful.

* Taking tasks off the founders plate at all times.

* Craft & Design: Help build breathtaking floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and decor tailored for custom client orders and events.

* Event Setups & Merchandising: Unbox products, organize displays, set up event spaces, and make sure everything looks picture-perfect. Work with vendors and event companies.

* Warehouse & Logistics: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace (sweeping, prepping water buckets, and keeping tools ready). Coordinate delivery and pick-up.

* Client & Customer Magic: Assist clients with charm and professionalism—helping with selections, answering calls, and ensuring a memorable experience.

* Plus: Interested in earning extra? Event Coordinators on our team can earn an additional 10% commission on sales! Remote work.

- What We’re Looking For -

* Availability: Have 15–20 hours per week of free time available for on-call shifts (scheduled in advance based on event needs and your availability!).

* Floral Experience: Prior floral design experience is great, but passionate hobbyists are welcome—just show us photos of your work!

* Requirements:

* Must be 18+ years old.

* Reliable phone, email, and dependable personal transportation.

* Willingness to be a keyholder for after-hours access to our 24/7 warehouse space and comply with property policies.

* Comfort with physical tasks: standing, bending, and lifting/moving up to 40 lbs (boxes, buckets, and displays).

* For Commission Earners/Coordinators: Reliable internet access and a working laptop/computer. Prompt responses, full adherence to best practices / policies and complete communication. Remote work eligibility.
