An Event Director is an important part to the success of Bright Event Rentals. Bright Event Rentals, a member of the Trivest portfolio of companies, is a leader in the full-service event rental industry. We operate from eight locations in California, Arizona, and Texas with 1,000 team members. Job Responsibilities: • Conduct meetings, site visits, and showroom appointments with clients • Expertly guide and recommend any product to meet client needs • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, planners, caterers, and production companies • Communicate with Event Consultant Team regarding changes, add-ons, or replacement of product for an event • Directly oversee and manage the completion of events from start to finish Job Requirements: • Computer or Technology literate - familiarity with PC operating systems, proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Zoom • Bilingual in Spanish is highly valued but not required • Valid State Driver's License and reliable transportation • Proficient in sales, negotiations, and interpersonal skills • Excellent communication and relationship skills
