Event Director

At 24 Seven Talent, we believe that events have the power to leave a lasting impression on our clients and their guests. As an Event Producer, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events of varying scales; managing all aspects of the event production process, from initial concept and planning to on-site execution and post-event evaluation. The role involves strategizing, coordinating, leading and managing venue and vendor partners, staff, as well as optimizing production while ensuring efficient logistics management and collaborating with cross-functional departments to anticipate and mitigate potential risks during the planning and execution phases. Key responsibilities include: • Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand event goals and requirements; • Leading the planning and execution of events across experiential activations, corporate and social events; • Managing, prioritizing and overseeing events advising on logistics development through initial briefing to reconciliation; • Leading project management tasks such as tracking budgets and project deliverables; • Maximizing and monitoring opportunities for increasing value adds, savings, and cost efficiencies; • Creating comprehensive event plans, including timelines and task assignments; • Ensuring all necessary permits, licenses, and permissions are obtained for the event; • Celebrating diversity through, representative venues, committed efforts towards cultural sensitivity throughout each stage • Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and execution of services; • Levelling up & rethinking certain best practice trough investigating current ways processes contribute positively to increased overall profitability, Potential solutions closely examined
