Job Summary: The Conference Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of conference planning, including logistics, catering, and audiovisual requirements. The successful candidate will have experience in conference planning and management, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Work with the VP of Event Management to select speakers, negotiate contracts, and coordinate travel arrangements. • Manage registration entry, participant incidentals, and certificates of completion. • Work with accounting departments to review and approve payables, collect participant and exhibitor fees, and ensure timely payment.
