The Role
Oversees all private event sales and execution — from weddings and corporate parties to intimate member dinners or buyouts. A creative operator who balances precision planning with elevated hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop event book of business and clientele

Manage all inbound event inquiries, proposals, site visits, and contracts

Own event P&L, pricing, and capacity planning in coordination with F&B and facilities

Lead pre-event coordination with clients, internal teams, and vendors

Supervise on-site execution and guest experience from setup to strike

Develop programming calendars in partnership with marketing and membership leads

Build relationships with planners, agencies, and local talent

Skills & Experience

5+ years in event sales & production

Strong sales acumen, excellent client-facing skills

Comfortable running multiple events simultaneously with flawless execution
