Dynamic, energetic, high-performing leader sought to join our team as Event Director, overseeing all Event Sales for El Gaucho Bellevue, located in the heart of Bellevue, Washington. Huge opportunity to lead our amazing $3 million dollar established program and help develop long-term strategies to support growth and revenue; all while having an amazing time! We are looking for a professional that thrives on selling our incredible space while acting as a liaison between guests and our Executive Chef, GM, Captain, and service teams daily, as well as both procuring and managing events actively from beginning to end. Compensation is paid as a salary plus commission; total compensation for the successful candidate is expected to be $110,000-$125,000 per year depending on performance results. Commission: 1% - 1.25% of Net Event F&B sales, DOE.
