Event Education Programs Manager - Milwaukee, WI

The association creates opportunities for members through industry-leading trade shows, educational programs, and networking events that showcase the latest advancements and technologies in equipment manufacturing. We are currently seeking an Event Education Programs Manager to join our dynamic Exhibitions team. This full-time position plays a critical role in the strategic development and delivery of educational content for our trade shows, ensuring that programs are impactful, relevant, and engaging for attendees. As the Event Education Programs Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of education programs from content development, speaker recruitment, and program implementation to budget tracking and performance evaluation. • Four-year college degree in a related field • 4-8 years relevant experience • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to utilize diverse data sources and media to enhance educational content • Experience in collaborating with various departments • Identifying challenges and implementing solutions • Proactive in learning and problem-solving • Ability to analyze feedback and performance metrics • Excellent relationship-building skills • Strong organizational skills • Experience with event planning and trade shows preferred • Willingness to travel up to 15% including some nights and weekends
