Event Execution Manager

Job Title: Event Execution Manager Location: RI, CT, and MA Reports To: General Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Schedule: Full-time, must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed The Event Execution Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the flawless execution of catered events from pre-event planning through on-site execution and post-event teardown. Coordinate transportation of food, equipment, and décor. Debrief with staff and leadership on event performance and areas for improvement. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in catering operations, event management, or hospitality leadership • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including buffet and plated meal execution • Strong knowledge of event design and setup • The ability to work independently and possess superior critical thinking skills • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team under pressure • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
