This is hands-on, fast-paced work for people who are calm under pressure, great with details, and comfortable with physical tasks.What you’ll do (depending on the shift)Event-day execution supportAssist with load-in and load-out at venuesExecute the tabletop design setforth by the Table Made leadFollow venue etiquette and team direction on-siteScullery supportReceive used rentals back from catering/banquet staffRince, count, and repack per our scullery processSeparate and flag damaged or missing itemsSearch venue areas for missing rentals when neededRequirementsAvailable for occasional weekday and weekend shifts (especially peak season)Must be able to lift up to 40 lbsComfortable working on your feet for extended periodsReliable transportation to Kennesaw and local venuesOpen to occasional out-of-state travel for events (scheduled in advance)Professional, punctual, and able to follow checklists and directionsEvent, catering, dishwashing, warehouse, or rentals is a plusSchedulingFreelance, as-needed shifts based on our event calendarShifts are typically scheduled in advance (with occasional last-minute needs)CompensationDay rate based on shift type (event execution vs scullery) and scope of workTravel expectations and compensation for out-of-state events will be shared in advanceHow to ApplyAnswer a few follow-up questions with:Your availability (weekdays vs weekends)Relevant experience and references (it's okay, you're new to events!
