Event Executive, Production (Fixed-Term)

Fixed-Term roles at Octagon are not benefit eligible. You’ll work closely with both the agency and client team to support the program development, planning documents, and execution of various events and hospitality experiences across a spectrum of sports, entertainment, and cultural platforms! Who We’re Looking For • 1+ years’ experience within an agency or client service experience and event planning preferred • The approach that no job is too small or too big • A can-do attitude and desire to succeed • Eagerness to brainstorm and present fun ideas • You are coachable and willing to adapt in a fast-paced work environment • A sense of humor and the ability to tell a good story • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • A go-getter, you demonstrate initiative and accept new challenges • Strong communication skills, both oral and written • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed.
