Event Experience and Execution Leader

The Event Experience and Execution Leader is responsible for the strategy, design, and flawless execution of both internal and external events that reinforce our culture, support our business goals, and strengthen our brand. In this role, the leader will also support and collaborate closely with a team of event managers—providing strategic guidance, operational oversight, and mentorship to ensure consistency, creativity, and excellence across all event touchpoints. By empowering the team and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability, this leader helps elevate the overall event experience and drives continuous improvement. Duties And Responsibilities • Design and lead the execution of internal and external events that reinforce company culture, support business goals, and elevate the brand. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field • Industry certifications (CMP, CSEP, PMP) • Strong strategic mindset and project management capabilities • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills • Experience working across a matrixed organization and managing senior-level stakeholders • Experience managing enterprise-scale virtual, hybrid, and in-person events • Expertise in budgeting, financial oversight, and vendor management • Familiarity with marketing, branding, and promotional strategies aligned to business goals • Proficiency with CVENT, Microsoft Office Suite, and other event technology platforms • Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing high-performing teams
