Event Experience and Operations Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage all aspects of event planning and execution to deliver impactful and engaging events for our clients and stakeholders. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
Create and manage event timelines and project plans, ensuring all tasks and deadlines are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event concepts and themes that align with company objectives and brand image.
Manage event budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
Oversee event registration and attendee management, including tracking RSVPs and managing guest lists.
Coordinate with marketing teams to promote events and drive attendance.
Ensure all event materials, such as presentations, signage, and collateral, are produced and delivered on time.
Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future events.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event experiences.
Manage on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
Communicate event details and updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
Monitor and report on event metrics, such as attendance, feedback, and ROI.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to events.
Train and manage event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth execution of events.
