Event Experience Associate

Provide a dynamic guest experience for Zoo Knoxville guests in a variety of settings through excellent customer service and diligent, accurate job performance. Event Experience Team members may flex between the general event team and birthday parties depending on event schedule needs. • Provide excellent guest experience by consistently delivering high-level customer service and responding to guest inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. • Assist in other Guest Experience operations as requested. As an employee of Zoo Knoxville, you must possess English communication skills as well as the ability to communicate using a 2-way radio, email, and telephone.
