The Event and Experience Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the planning and execution of internal meetings and events including AV support, reservations, room setup and catering support. They will oversee the overall client relationship, managing expectations and ensuring seamless operations of the on-site conference rooms, meetings, and events. The Event and Experience Coordinator will be part of the Facilities Management team and is the go-to-person who will increase the level of partnership between JLL and Clients employees. Key Responsibilities • Establishes strong relationships with the client’s business units to build trust, understand their needs and consistently exceed client expectations for on-site meetings & events. • Requires the willingness and ability to modify schedule to provide support to client’s events and meetings.
