Job Description • Provide exceptional guest services at all AEG events by performing Encore service and attending to guests' needs. • Answer guest inquiries and provide information and/or directions while escalating issues/problems to the Guest Services Lead when necessary. • Scan and check for valid tickets at entry gates and control ticket access points throughout the venue. • Assist guests with seating problems or issues, ensuring quick resolution and escalating when necessary. • Perform other duties as assigned.
