Event Experience Coordinator

The Houston Texans are seeking an individual for the position of Event Experience coordinator. • Cultivate effective relationships with other departments to properly execute Club initiatives, goals, and events. • Manage and oversee Event Experience inventory and maintenance of equipment, signage, inflatables, props and giveaways in storage area • Manage and assist with accounts as assigned, including gifting for various accounts • Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Eve Experience Manager and other departmental staff, including Partnerships, LUXE, and other premium accounts • Subject to reasonable accommodations, position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner • Provide exceptional customer service and high level of productivity and responsiveness • Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information. Skills Required: • Ability to coordinate and execute all aspects of program initiatives and associated events under supervision of Event Experience Manager.
