We are seeking a highly skilled Meetings and Conventions Manager to join our team at Destination Dayton. The successful candidate will be responsible for client engagement and event support, community and partner collaboration, promotional initiatives, logistics and reporting, and team management and training. Key qualifications include a college undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, sales, and marketing, as well as high-level written and verbal communication skills. Additional requirements include knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Simpleview CRM, and minimum two years of customer service and sales experience within the hospitality industry.
