Hospitality activation management • Create world class experiences and strategic client hosting opportunities around our marquee sponsorships • Act as a strategic thought leader, working with properties and internal departments to maximize sponsorship assets, extend brand storytelling, and ensure return on investment • Oversee project budgets, providing regular updates to leaders on budget/spend status • Review contractual inventory, and assess to make recommendations on utilization and acquisitions • Recommend market pricing • Develop and update client journey playbook on a yearly basis, post-event • Develop and update US Sponsorship Marquee Hospitality playbook and best practices that can be shared with local markets, update going into each event, as needed • Serve as the lead liaison to location markets to govern all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and coordination across hospitality activation (swim lanes for team members, local market, MES, etc.) • 10+ years of experience in planning and executing global or national hospitality experiences, to include experience in managing hospitality for major, large-scale sports events (or equivalent) • 10+ years of experience in delivering complex hospitality programs with multiple vendors and stakeholders and coalescing multiple priorities • 5+ years of experience collaborating and partnering with executive leadership • Ability to work in a virtual environment • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available • Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
