Hospitality activation management • Create world class experiences and strategic client hosting opportunities around our marquee sponsorships • Act as a strategic thought leader, working with properties and internal departments to maximize sponsorship assets, extend brand storytelling, and ensure return on investment • Oversee project budgets, providing regular updates to leaders on budget/spend status • Review contractual inventory, and assess to make recommendations on utilization and acquisitions • Recommend market pricing • Develop and update client journey playbook on a yearly basis, post-event • Develop and update US Sponsorship Marquee Hospitality playbook and best practices that can be shared with local markets, update going into each event, as needed • Serve as the lead liaison to location markets to govern all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and coordination across hospitality activation (swim lanes for team members, local market, MES, etc.) Lead client journey mapping and KPI tracking • Lead and manage client experience mapping from first touch through to account resolution and project recaps • Manage the relationship with Meeting & Event Services (MES) team and oversee hospitality activation touchpoints, especially around 'surprise and delight' moments for both external and internal stakeholders • Define strategic approach and 'sell in' process for internal stakeholders to maximize the value of the sponsorship opportunity, based on business objectives • Key input into guest communications, which is led by the Client Relationship Development (CRD) team • 10+ years of experience in planning and executing global or national hospitality experiences, to include experience in managing hospitality for major, large-scale sports events (or equivalent) • 10+ years of experience in delivering complex hospitality programs with multiple vendors and stakeholders and coalescing multiple priorities • 5+ years of experience collaborating and partnering with executive leadership • Ability to work in a virtual environment • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available • Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred • Prior experience delivering global multi-site hospitality programs, such as Olympics • Experience with golf and tennis corporate hospitality events • Experience in managing a team within a matrix organization • Excellent attention to detail with strong writing, deck development and communication skills • High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities; ability to manage multiple and complex threads of work The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
