This person leads the development of activations that are creative, engaging, and deliver results. Responsibilities: Brainstorm unique, innovative content and programming for each event Oversee the operational layout, overall logistics, and consumer access for all partnership activations Work closely with the marketing team to execute brand vision, education planning, and social media campaigns Serve as the primary point of contact with outside vendors and critical teammate for partner activation designees Lead partner production and activation groups to create... unique and interesting content schedules for in-arena/stadium activations and maintain strong working relationships with this team Manage relationship with Group Sales team to coordinate all details for activation throughout the season and leverage relationships to get more out of each activation Service multiple events and partnerships to ensure Voyagers' interests are being met Plan and manage tradeshow programs; including vendor management and internal support teams, partner agencies, guest communications, registration sites, event run of show, program recaps and event metric reporting Prepare program budgets, negotiate fees, coordinate invoice generation, and follow-up on payment Manage and obtain approvals from appropriate parties on all sponsorship assets and activation elements Primary point of contact for on-site event execution as needed Develop event recaps and coordinate with account team and client to capture post-event reporting Monitor program expenses to guarantee adherence to established budget parameters Maintain a thorough working knowledge and best practices of the industry events space Manage Partnership Marketing Contracts: athlete, ambassador, event/hotel agreements, expenses, and tracking. Plan everything from A to Z: travel arrangements, transportation, food, athletes, giveaways, videographer, DJ, etc. Event and/or Sports Management experience Ability to work through on-site event logistics and think operationally Self-starter who takes initiative and is able to take a project from start to finish Strong ability to think strategically, creatively, and quickly Detail-oriented and organized with outstanding communication skills Excellent time-management, organizational, and supervisory skills Excellent composition skills; oral and written Ability to service multiple assignments simultaneously Ability to work well with a team and independently Willing to travel to various event locations and execute on-site What we offer Competitive Salary Employee Benefits including healthcare (medical, dental, vision) and 401k Stock Options Unlimited PTO Voyager is headquartered in New York City with satellite offices in New Jersey, California, Toronto and Bordeaux Salary Range:
