As an Event Host, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations • Gather all essential information for events and staffing prior to an event's start • Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests • Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage • Build personal connections with event contacts and ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded • Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing guidance on game rules About Us: We are one of the world's premier location-based entertainment platforms, offering experiential offerings in bowling, amusements, water parks, and family entertainment centers.
