The Event Experience Manager is a key member of the Tavistock Events Company (TEC) team, supporting the planning and execution of signature events, community programs, and activations across Lake Nona and Tavistock properties. This role works closely with the Senior Events Manager to bring creative ideas to life, source and coordinate vendors, and ensure events run smoothly from concept through execution. The Event Experience Manager will infuse creativity into existing programming, assist in developing new event concepts, and oversee on-the-ground activations — with a strong emphasis on guest experience, organization, and collaboration.
