What You’ll OwnLead planning and execution for corporate events, private celebrations, community activations, and experiential programmingServe as the primary client partner from initial inquiry through flawless event delivery and post-event follow-upCollaborate across culinary, operations, marketing, and venue teams to create seamless guest experiencesManage timelines, logistics, staffing plans, floor layouts, and operational detailsBuild strong partnerships with vendors, clients, and local community organizationsElevate service standards and deliver memorable hospitality at every touchpointIdentify revenue growth opportunities through upselling and repeat business developmentAnalyze event performance and continuously improve execution and efficiencyWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of Event Management experience within hospitality, entertainment, venues, restaurants, hotels, or experiential conceptsProven success executing high-volume and multi-layered eventsAbility to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detailStrong client-facing presence with polished communication and relationship-building skillsExperience partnering closely with culinary and operations teamsPassion for hospitality, guest experience, and creating memorable momentsExperience with event software, scheduling systems, and planning platforms is a plusCompensation & Perks$95,000–$100,000 Base Salary10% Performance BonusComprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits401(k) ProgramGenerous PTO & Work-Life Balance FocusGrowth opportunity with an innovative hospitality organizationCollaborative culture with strong leadership supportSeattle’s event scene continues to evolve—and this is an opportunity to be part of a venue creating experiences people talk about long after the event ends.
