We are seeking a self-motivated professional with 5+ years of event industry experience in an event execution/operations capacity that can run a program as soon as sales closes the deal and can travel all over the US. As a consultant, we estimate you will work 20 hours per event with 5-8 hours onsite, including travel. The Event Experience Manager is responsible for planning and operating events, communicating with vendors and clients, staffing each event, preparing event experience operations orders for staff, and executing onsite events. Job Description • Manage a fast-paced calendar of corporate events, focusing on customer service, profitability, and delivering excellent events that wow our clients and make them want to return! • Manage all inventory and shipments for your event, as well as your travel to all events • Execute in-person events, operating as liaison between clients and vendors, representing Fit City, troubleshooting challenges, and delivering high quality events to clients.
