Event & Experience Senior Planner

The position involves planning, coordinating, and executing the logistical aspects of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events of various sizes across the Cooperative. A strong understanding of Cvent capabilities is essential, as the candidate will manage communications with business partners to determine objectives and requirements for events. The individual will compile summaries of total event costs, audience profiles, and attendee comments, utilizing various technology systems and software to support the end-to-end meeting planning process, including Cvent, Socio, Passkey, and Webex. They will design, customize, and manage multiple event registration websites using Cvent Event Management Software on a daily basis, maintain best practices in event management, and compile project plans summarizing costs, event times, attendance numbers, equipment needs, catering, and other related details. , • Manage communications with business partners to determine objectives and requirements for events.
