We are Fit City Adventures, a corporate lifestyle concierge company that provides unique adventures, fitness classes, recreational activities, and wellness experiences for corporate groups that want to take team building to the next level. We help our clients release endorphins and make memories that last a lifetime. Join our fit, fun, fast-paced, active crew for corporate group adventures, from meditations, yoga, and sound baths to hikes, ebikes, and surfing.
The Event Experience Staff is responsible for executing in-person events, operating as the liaison between clients and vendors, representing Fit City, troubleshooting challenges, and delivering high quality events to clients.
This position is event-based contract work at $200+ for up to 5 hours.
Tasks
Liaison between client and vendor
Oversee event setup and breakdown
Check in attendees, have them sign waivers
Take photos & videos of the event in action
Troubleshoot and ensure event runs smoothly
Fill out post-event report
Participate in the event and/or tour like hiking and ebiking
Skills to succeed
Some event execution experience preferred, but not required
Positive and upbeat attitude, representing the young, fit, and fun energy of the brand
Professional demeanor with clients, attendees, and vendors
Ensure vendors deliver the services sold to clients
Go above and beyond to make the event a memorable success
Experience with technology and ability to use phone to fill out forms, take photos and upload to social media and Google Drive
Take photos of the event and attendees in action
Troubleshoot where necessary
