Event & Experiences Manager

P1 Motor Club Lucie, Florida

ABOUT P1 MOTOR CLUB

P1 Motor Club is a 650-acre private motorsports campus on Florida's Treasure Coast. It is the most expansive private motorsports campus in the Americas. With the Treasure Coast Circuit completing and the club hosting member days and events, P1 combines championship-caliber circuits, a private club community, Garage Townhomes, a professional Commerce Park, and marquee OEM partnerships. We are building a team defined by craft, hospitality, and love of the sport.

THE ROLE

You produce the experiences P1 is known for: OEM-caliber corporate programs, marquee partner activations, and the member days that define club life. You are a detailed planner. You build programs from a blank page, orchestrate track, cars, catering, and hospitality into one experience, and own each event's budget and outcome. Comfort working around live track operations is required.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Produce commercial events end to end: corporate track programs, OEM activations, private experiences
Produce the member event calendar: signature days, socials, race-day hospitality
Own per-event P&L: quoting support, budgets, vendors, and margin
Own instructor scheduling and booking for programs and member days (single-scheduler design), by qualification tier from the Chief Instructor's roster
Orchestrate cross-department delivery: track time with Motorsport, vehicles with Fleet, F&B and service with Club Operations
Run post-event debriefs; write and improve the playbook
WHAT YOU BRING

5+ years directly building and managing Runs of Show for high-end events or experiential programs: luxury hospitality, experiential agency, premium venue, or brand-side
Proven blank-page producer
Budget ownership per event, including vendor negotiation
Composure under live-event pressure, with strong production instincts; motorsport experience a strong plus
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver's license required
Background check required
