Job Summary: The Event & Experiential Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of events from post-contract signing to final invoicing. Key Responsibilities: • Manage client relationships post-contract signing to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.• Ensure all items are ordered as necessary for any assigned programs. • Serve as the on-site face for By Dzign to the client, venue, and partners.• Conduct final walk-throughs with the client, venue and crew as necessary.
