Event Facilitator

As we continue to expand our fleet and footprint, we are seeking an Event Facilitator to manage the post-sale event planning process throughout Southeast Florida, with assistance as needed in Southwest Florida. Position Overview The Event Facilitator – Southeast Florida is a post-sale event management role responsible for overseeing the planning, documentation, and coordination of contracted events from signed agreement up until event execution. This individual takes ownership of the event file once a contract is secured by the Sales team and manages all planning logistics through the charter date. Based in Miami, Florida, this role supports events throughout Southeast Florida (Miami through Palm Beach), with occasional assistance in Southwest Florida as needed. The Event Facilitator ensures that every detail — from insurance certificates and vendor documentation to menu finalization, layouts, timelines, and guest counts — is fully captured and accurately reflected in Tripleseat BEOs so that the onboard team can execute seamlessly.
