Event Facilitator

Event Facilitator (Part-Time – Evenings & Weekends) Location: Mellwood Art Center Schedule: Primarily Fridays and Saturdays, evening shifts ending as late as 2:00 AM The Mellwood Art Center is currently seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Event Facilitator to serve as the primary on-site contact during events. Qualifications • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset • Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities • Physically able to walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and respond quickly across a large venue • Previous event or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States Availability Requirements • Part-time; primarily nights and weekends • Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays until 2:00 AM • Flexibility to work additional shifts during peak event periods is a plus
