Hours may vary as they are based on the event needs. • Are successful at achieving goals and going above and beyond • Want to work in a fun filled, fast pace and high energy atmosphere • Have strong computer, organization, and administrative skills • Deliver strong customer service, listening & communication skills • Enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guests • Previously have worked in catering, wedding/event planning, or customer service • Detailed Oriented • Participate in planning meetings with clients • Day of Event and Vendor Coordination, with minimal supervision • Working with the Catering & Group Sales teams to set up, assist, and tend to clients’ requests, while in professional attire • Approaching guests in a fun and positive manner to ensure smooth and successful weddings • Fully understand and communicate the plan to all parties involved including Catering, Group Sales staff, other Zoo departments, and third parties. Must have the physical ability to work on your feet and be able to walk the Zoo grounds for several hours at a time.
