The Event & Guest Services Assistant will support the Director of Event & Guest Services in the overall management of the Michigan Athletics Event Team. This role aids in achieving the departments goal of providing Exceptional Experiences for Every Guest and ensures a welcoming, responsive, and professional atmosphere for all visitors, staff, and participants at athletic events. Bachelor's degree. Previous experience in customer service, event support, hospitality, or related field.. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact professionally with guests, staff, and team members. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
