As part of their role in service to the client, the lead ensures both the staff and the facility are prepared and ready prior to the start of each event. Direct Client Services: • Meet with each client a minimum of two weeks prior to their event to determine and confirm all aspects of event design and production • Maintain ongoing communication with client as needed to successfully produce each event • Review event contracts for accuracy and completeness prior to contacting client • Review and update calendars for each available rental space and all off-site events with details for each event in a timely manner • Refer client back to sales person if significant changes are requested during planning meetings If items are found, notify Facilities Director to schedule repairs • Assist Facilities staff as needed for us to be tour ready at all times.
