The lead plays a crucial role in every event by working directly with the client and also the staff of the Events department as well as any outside vendors to execute each event as contracted with a focus on creating exceptional experiences that will result in repeat and referral business. As part of their role in service to the client, the lead ensures both the staff and the facility are prepared and ready prior to the start of each event. Review and update calendars for each available rental space and all off-site events with details for each event in a timely manner Assist Facilities staff as needed for us to be tour ready at all times.
