Event Lead

Join our fun and dynamic team at LUX Catering and Events as an Event Lead – we're on the hunt for a vibrant, enthusiastic, and detail oriented individual to be a part of our success story! Directs and Delegates front of house staff with a focus on timely set-up of events with an emphasis on LUX standards. Duties And Responsibilities • Discuss details with Event Producer to ensure all specifics and special needs are covered prior to the event • Collaborate with the Event Chef and beverage teams on menu specifics and timelines • Collaborate with Event Mentor on new hires and any specific task they will train during the event • Ensures all event staff have a professional appearance (i.e. uniforms and grooming - following the LUX dress standards), and affable demeanor • Check-in all FOH staff as they report to LUX and assign specific job duties. • Familiar with the sequence of service and off-premise events. • Ability to interact with diverse groups and foster a cooperative work environment.
