Event Lead

Summary: The Event Lead serves as the on-site leader for event installations, setups, and breakdowns, ensuring that all production activities run smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Acting as the primary liaison between the Project Manager and Event Crew, the Event Lead oversees all aspects of execution, coordinates team workflow, and ensures that events are delivered to the company's high standards. • Support training of new team members as needed. • Ability to manage and motivate a team in high-pressure environments • Experience with driving box trucks including mountain driving preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment and adapt to changing event timelines or conditions. The role requires the ability to remain stationary for up to 50% of the time, as well as the ability to consistently lift or move up to 200 pounds.
