Pacific Northwest Catering, LLC. is a small business in Seattle, WA. We are professional, agile, creative and our goal is to provide quality service and event management. We have been in business for over 20 years and aim to improve our brand by offering an exceptional, elegant dining experience for a wide array of events. Our kitchen headquarters is located in north Seattle, but our client base stretches all over western Washington. This industry requires lots of flexibility, so we look forward to adding some strong professionals to work side by side with us as we continue to take this business to the next level!.

Event Lead Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with event planners and clients to ensure all service requirements are met

- Direct on-site staff to properly set, serve, and cleanup while maintaining organization/cleanliness

- Assist with event planning and coordination, including menu selection and setup

- Have capacity to work solo on jobs (smaller scale events only)

- Gather supplies for load out at the kitchen and direct loading team to make sure all necessary supplies make it on board to the event

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling food and equipment

Experience:

- Previous experience in food preparation, catering, or a related field is preferred

- Knowledge of restaurant, coffee, bartending, or hotel industry practices is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
