Event Lead

Overview

As an Event Lead, you’ll guide events from initial planning through delivery, bringing clients, teams, and vendors together for a smooth, memorable guest experience. You’ll coordinate event details, set up room, serve food, and keep plans moving when priorities shift. Your impact: Clear coordination and attentive service help clients achieve their event goals and guests feel welcomed and cared for.

Pay: $7.25 + Tips

Duties

Lead event planning and on-site execution.
Lead and support event teams while coordinating catering, banquet operations, guest services, and hospitality details.

Qualifications

Strong communication, client communication, customer service, organizational, and time management skills; able to lead teams and manage competing priorities.
Experience in event planning, events management are valued.
Positive attitude, attention to detail and organized
Hospitality industry experience is preferred, including banquet, catering, guest services, or broader hospitality experience.

Pay: $7.25 - $50.00 per hour
