Event Lead & Staff Development Manager

Duvall Catering & Events is seeking an experienced Event Lead & People Manager to join our Charleston team. You will play a key role in training, coaching, and leading service staff and Event Leads, while ensuring seamless execution of events and maintaining high service standards. Team Leadership & Development • Lead the training and onboarding of service staff and Event Leads, including event execution, packing procedures, displays, and setups • Develop, update, and maintain training materials and manuals • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to Event Leads and service staff • Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for training and development • Support staffing efforts, including check-ins, coverage, and collaboration with the staffing manager Operational Support • Manage inventory of staff uniforms • Support operational readiness for events At Duvall Catering & Events, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients while building strong, collaborative teams.
