The Event Liaison is present onsite from start to finish, ensuring that renters, guests, and vendors are supported while TRICA’s policies are upheld. This role requires excellent communication, patience, and the ability to be both welcoming and firm. Key Responsibilities Onsite Event Support • Be onsite for each wedding and event from start to finish. Position Details • Part-time, variable hours based on event schedule • Must be available for evening and weekend hours; schedule varies by bookings • Reports to the Director of Administration and Finance • Must work collaboratively with Facilities Manager and entire TRICA team • Background check, professional & personal references are required prior to hire
