How You Will Make an Impact: • Review event details in advance to understand client expectations, timelines, and priorities • Attend event walk-throughs for larger-scale events and high-touch clients • Maintain a visible, professional, and approachable on-site presence as the primary contact for clients, venues, planners, and vendors • Support the Event Captain by maintaining a high-level view of the event and ensuring plans and service standards are followed • Remain on-site from staff arrival until released by the Event Captain, ensuring the event is running smoothly • Respond to client questions or concerns calmly and professionally, escalating operational matters when appropriate • Proactively identify and respond to issues as they arise, communicating with the appropriate team members to support resolution • Share relevant client feedback, observations, and post-event insights with the team
