Travel Required: This position may require travel to our project sites and conference locations, including overnight stays. Your exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will contribute to the seamless execution of these events, ensuring a valuable experience for attendees, speakers, and stakeholders. • Program Schedule: Work with the internal team and venue on-site contact to create and manage the conference program and setup schedule. • Flexibility to travel and work on weekends or outside regular business hours as required by event schedules which includes the flexibility to work evenings or weekends during peak conference periods. Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Weekends as needed
