Event Logistics Coordinator

Regal Knoxville, Tennessee

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. • Ordering and coordination of auxiliary equipment, catering, and onsite managers • General phone work • Researching pricing and availability of miscellaneous services • Gathering signed agreements and required certificates • Gathering and processing event invoices • Pre- and post-event correspondence with vendors and theatre personnel • Assisting field personnel with questions, troubleshooting and event issues • Must be available nights and weekends during time and dates of events for theatre and vendor support Professional Skills • Exceptional telephone, email etiquette and communication skills • A “can-do” positive attitude • Ability to multi-task • Excellent organizational skills • History of teamwork and willingness to contribute to a growing complex business • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically • Superior verbal and written communication skills • History of teamwork and willingness to grow, develop, and contribute in an emerging complex business.
